Born and raised in Cuba, Chef Lazaro grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, and sounds of the kitchen. Even as a child, he imagined himself running a restaurant, sharing the flavors he loved with others. Today, that dream lives on through a menu built entirely from scratch, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. For over 13 years, Lazaro’s has proudly served the Roswell and metro Atlanta communities with dishes that stay true to their Cuban roots.
